You’ve heard of composting—but maybe you think it’s too hard, too messy, or too complicated to start at home. Rodale Institute is here to tell you: you can compost like a pro!

This class will teach you to begin composting effectively in your backyard, quickly identify and troubleshoot compost problems, and harvest and use finished compost in your garden for improving plant growth. The class is designed for all individuals who wish to begin composting at home but are looking for the right push and ample information to compost effectively. This workshop will take place at Rodale Institute’s Founders Farm in Emmaus, PA. If you are a veteran, you may be eligible to attend educational events for free. Please email ve******@ro*************.org for details. Online registration closes at 2 PM EST the day prior to the scheduled date.
