“I’ve always wanted to be a farmer,” said Dave Heilman, “so this is a job of a lifetime.”
Heilman is a graduate of the Organic Farming Certificate Program, a yearlong accredited course offered through a partnership between Rodale Institute and Delaware Valley University. After completing the program, Heilman earned a position as Director of Farming Operations at Highland Hospitality Group.
