Seasonal Organic Dinner Series
Join us for an evening under the stars dining on the grounds of the birthplace of the modern-day organic farm movement in America.
This summer, Rodale Institute is excited to host eight organic, seasonally themed farm-to-table dinners on our historic Founders Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Each dining experience is will showcase the freshest in-season produce. Sign up to immerse yourself in the foods, flavors, smells, and sights of the season.
*In the event of inclement weather, dinner may be moved indoors to the J.I. Rodale Farmhouse.
**Allergies and dietary preferences will be factored into menu planning when disclosed at the time of registration in the provided field on the form below.
Event Schedule
- 5:00 PM – Tour of our historic farm with Farmer Jenni. Before and after the tour, Chef Al Paris will serve farm-fresh appetizers in the Bake House. Wine, beer, and mocktails will be available nearby on the patio of the historic J.I. Rodale farmhouse. Guests will also have the opportunity to forage around the farm to create arrangements as part of the dinner tablescape, and later take them home to adorn their own tables.
- 6:00 PM – Dinner prepared by Chefs Andrew and Amanda Pietrobono of the Kellyn Foundation served al fresco in the heart of our 40-acre farm*, prepared with organic vegetables and proteins harvested from our fields.
- 8:30 PM – Guests will depart after a magical evening on the farm.

The Venue
The seasonal farm-to-table dinner series will take place at the historic Rodale Institute Founder’s Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The 40-acre certified organic farm and arboretum contain buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, including the historic Rodale farmhouse, sculpture gardens, and original research plots.
