Rodale Institute is excited to host a seasonally themed, late summer farm-to-table dinner on our historic Founders Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Join us for an evening under the stars dining on the grounds of the birthplace of the modern-day organic farm movement in America. The evening will include seasonal cocktails and mocktails, a fresh organic dinner served al fresco, and organic coffee, tea, and dessert around a bonfire. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be abundantly available.

The Historic Farm
The Seasonal Organic Dinners will be held at the historic Rodale Institute Founder's Farm. This 1830 farmstead was acquired by the Rodale family in 1940 to begin initial research on the benefits of regenerative organic agriculture.
About the Farm
