Join our Mocktail Mixology Workshop and learn how to utilize your regenerative organic farm or garden herbs and produce to create fun mocktail recipes for your business or home events.

Mocktails are a great way to create another value-added product from your farm’s or garden’s crops. This workshop will include a hike through our farm to learn about what herbs and produce are commonly used in farm-to-table restaurants and other agri-tourism businesses. Attendees will also learn the fundamental steps in designing, processing and storing mocktails, as well as basic mixology skills to create balanced and flavorful mocktails.
