Since 2012, Rodale Institute has provided regenerative organic farmer training in conjunction with developing various models of food access. Our food access programming aims to provide healthful, fresh, organic food for underserved communities in Allentown and Reading, PA. This lecture will describe the different food access models and how they impact the communities that experience food insecurity.
