Rodale Institute invites growers, researchers, and students to join us for a day-long Specialty Crop Symposium, featuring presentations on organic specialty crop production in a variety of agroecosystems in the Northeast region of the United States. The program will include tours of the Pocono Organic Center research projects, presentations by leading speakers on topics such as Saffron, CBD and Fiber Hemp, and Ginseng, as well as discussions about integrated pest management and UV-Light treatment. Q+A with speakers will be included after every presentation. Lunch is included.
