Film: The Need to Grow

Join us for a community screening of the documentary film The Need to Grow in Rodale Institute’s theater.

Released in 2019, The Need to Grow addresses the existential question, “How will we continue to feed the world with food grown in dying soil?” While it takes a hard look at how industrial agriculture has effectively destroyed the biology of one of nature’s most precious resources, the film also shines a hopeful light on what some visionaries are doing to cultivate healthy soil and reveals the vital role we all play in supporting better food systems.

In accordance with social distancing protocols, attendance for this event will be capped at 15 people.
