We are booking for the 2016 wedding season! Available dates are June 25, July 2, July 23, and July 30.

Whatever type of event you have envisioned, we would love to help make it come to life by hosting you and your guests on our farm. From farm-fresh weddings and green events to business retreats, meetings and lectures, the Rodale Institute farm has several stunning spaces that can be reserved to make your event both authentic and memorable. We can accommodate up to 200 people for receptions, sit-down luncheons/dinners, meetings and lectures.

Red Barn
This circa 1846 traditional Pennsylvania Dutch bank barn is a style common to 19th century America.  The upper level of the barn was designed as a hayloft and can hold 200 guests. A dramatic sloping path leads to the large sliding barn doors which can be either open wide flooding the space with natural sunlight, or pulled closed for an intimate setting. Tucked just behind the barn is a small grove of trees and Organic Gardening magazine’s test garden.

Garden Pavilion
Nestled in the center of our lush gardens is an all-wood covered pavilion. This space has an open floor plan and is ideal for luncheons, informal receptions, brainstorming retreats or meetings.

Size: 792 sq. ft. (24’ x 33’)
Capacity: 50 people, seated

Store Pavilion
The Store pavilion is just off the stone path not 20 feet from our visitor parking lot and is centrally located between our Water Purification-Eco-Center and our Store. This site is easy to access and is close to guest amenities.

This area was created specifically for business meeting and visioning session needs. Our Underbarn Conference Room has private entrances and restroom, full multi-media equipment system and a quiet location.

Size: 768 sq. ft. (24’ x 32’)
Capacity: 50 people, seated

As the name suggests, this area is an open, warm, sunny space for meetings. The room has audio-visual capabilities and is right off our kitchen for easy lunch prep.

Size: 756 sq. ft. (28’ x 27’)
Capacity: 30 people
