Volunteer at the farm

The hands and hearts of our volunteers help the Rodale Institute farm tick from making huge events like our Organic Apple Festival a success, to keeping our landscapes and gardens looking neat and clean. Many of our volunteer opportunities are seasonal, so please contact Linda Carlson at 610-683-1484 or linda.carlson@rodaleinstitute.org for more details on what is available when you are!

No matter the season, we welcome volunteers to come to our farm to help with whatever arises that week including:

• Feeding our heritage chickens
• Getting your hands dirty in our gardens and greenhouse
• “Inside jobs” like stuffing mailings or assembling press kits
• Harvesting delicious fruits and veggies
