Workshop: Apple Grafting

Join Jaimee Tate from Isle of Sky Nursery in learning the principles and techniques of apple and fruit tree grafting. You will learn and practice different types of grafts and go home with an heirloom apple tree on a dwarf rootstock that you will graft yourself. You will go home with an understanding of planting and managing a small orchard system.
All essential materials will be provided. Optional materials to bring are sharp pruning shears and container (5 gallon container pot) to put their tree in.
