This talk will help you learn to identify ticks, the disease-causing pathogens they carry, how to protect yourself, your animals, and your property against them and more.

Presenter: Cheryl Frank Sullivan, Research Assistant Professor, University of Vermont, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Department of Agriculture, Landscape and Environment, Entomology Research Laboratory.

Cheryl Frank Sullivan is an Entomologist and, for over 19 years, has specialized in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and biological control. Her research activities are two-fold and focus on vector ecology and management (ticks) and agricultural pest management in greenhouse, nursery and high tunnel production.
