This summer, Rodale Institute is hosting a series of four seasonally-themed, organic dinners coinciding with the beginning and end of summer at our historic Founders Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Dates include: June 21, June 26, September 25, and September 27.
Join us for an evening under the stars dining on the grounds of the birthplace of the modern-day organic movement in America. Enjoy freshly made seasonal cocktails and mocktails in our Sculpture Garden, pick fresh flowers for your table’s centerpiece in our flower garden, and delight in a seasonally-themed dinner served al fresco in the heart of our 40-acre farm. Organic vegetables and proteins will be harvested from our own fields and prepared by prominent local chefs.
As the sun sets, we’ll light a bonfire and gather around while dessert is served alongside a selection of organic coffee and tea. All guests will walk away with the floral centerpiece they picked earlier in the evening and a sweet thank you from our local bees.
