Join us for a four-part immersive learning experience about regenerative and organic agriculture, Saturday May 4, May 11, May 18, and May 25.
Day-specific lessons include: regenerative ag, reconnecting with land, bed preparation, soil and composting, and seed saving. Instruction is led by Shahid Mustafa from Taylor Hood Farms.
Participants should bring a notebook, something to write with, and gloves.
It is optional, and not required, that participants have the book ‘The Essential Urban Farmer’ by Novella Carpenter and Willow Rosenthal. The instructor will provide recommended reading from it. If participants are unable to cover the cost of the book, assistance is available through Rodale Institute. Please email sa*********@ro*************.org for more information.
