The event will feature soil health and water quality research as part of a six-year project comparing organic, conventional and conservation farming systems. Scientists from Stroud Water Research Center and Rodale Institute will discuss and demonstrate various measurements and instruments in-field, below ground, and in-stream. We will also discuss organic versus conventional farming issues, as well as the restoration of streamside forest buffers.

This is a free event and will include a complimentary lunch. Pre-registration is required.

Please dress for the weather. Some walking will be required, although some participants can ride in a provided vehicle. Please do not park at any other preserve entrance; space is limited to 50 people.
