The California Millers Meet-Up brings together regional grain millers (and interested bakers and grain leaders) for a focused morning of conversation on scaling, practical milling technology, and navigating sales, sourcing, and emerging varieties.

• Milling business: balancing growth. You started milling and baking and customers loved it. So you hired an employee, and then two…How to keep milling (and baking) without it becoming a full-time HR/admin job.
• Milling Technology: Mills and their accoutrements; baggers, particle transfer augers and pneumatic lines, forklifts, and cleaning equipment
