About the Event:

Léa Vereecke, organic agronomist based in Colorado, will facilitate casual gatherings on organic grain
farms with a small-mid size group to discuss what can be seen and what is relevant to organic production on the farm: crops, pests, diseases, production methods, infrastructure, equipment, novel techniques, etc.

Who should sign up:

Prospective, transitioning, or already-certified organic grain farmers in Eastern Colorado, Western Nebraska, Western Kansas, Western Oklahoma.

Location:

The May 8 field walk will take place at the Champion Valley Grain Hub in Champion, NE. Specific location to be announced in Northeastern Colorado or Southwestern Nebraska for the July 17 and Sept 18 events. Register to receive location updates.
