Join us for an insightful day at The Seed Farm in Emmaus, PA which has been growing new farmers in the Lehigh Valley since 2010. The Seed Farm pairs incubator farmers with seasonal local mentors to set beginning farmers up for success. This field walk will feature Kegan Hilaire, Owner & Operator of Blackbird Farms and Small Farms & Diversified Vegetable Consultant at Rodale Institute. Blackbird is a Certified Organic diversified vegetable production for CSA and wholesale growing on 4.7 acres.
