Meet Your Instructor
Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. After college, he spent over fifteen years working as a manager in high-volume kitchens and farm-to-table, fine-dining restaurants.
Through this experience, Jesse recognized critical gaps in our food system and became passionate about driving meaningful change. He now serves as a Farm Operations Specialist, focused on improving local and national food systems through regenerative organic agriculture.
Most recently, Jesse has been training as a compost production specialist with Rodale Institute, where he manages the compost yard and ensures production aligns with National Organic Program standards.
