DESCRIPTION:Join us for an open-house style gathering at McGrath Family Farm focused on local food hubs\, organic farming\, and regenerative research. This interactive day will feature rotating 20-minute learning stations hosted by local leaders in the region’s sustainable food movement.\nStation 1: Farming Organically and Regeneratively – Learn directly from the McGrath Family Farmers team—Farmer Phil McGrath\, Carla\, Cruz\, Flavio\, Alex (from AZ)\, and others—about their approach to soil health\, biodiversity\, and resilient farm management. \nStation 2: Organic & Regenerative Research – Hear from the Rodale Institute team about their latest findings and how on-farm research supports the next generation of regenerative practices. \nStation 3: Local Food Hubs & Food Systems – Explore how the Farmivore team connects farmers and eaters through regional distribution networks and collaborative infrastructure. \nMcGrath’s farm store will be open beginning at 11 AM\, with light snacks available for purchase.
