DESCRIPTION:Cancelled!\nThank you so much for your interest in this year’s Earth Day at the Farm. Unfortunately\, due to the spread of COVID-19\, and in accordance with Pennsylvania’s recommendation to suspend gatherings larger than 10 people\, we are cancelling the event. We hope to organize another volunteer day later this year\, but in the meantime\, we encourage you to get outside on your own. Garden\, go for a walk\, pick some wildflowers — and we hope to see you soon! \nJoin Rodale Institute to celebrate Earth Day by volunteering at our 333-acre organic research farm! Begin with a tour of the farm\, followed by jumping in with our farm team to help prepare for the upcoming growing season. Activities could include planting\, weeding\, caring for animals\, and more! Snacks and beverages\, as well as gardening supplies for purchase\, will be available at the Rodale Institute Visitor Center. Please dress for the farm and don’t forget your gardening gloves! \nThere is no admission fee for this event. Space is limited\, pre-registration is required. \nPlease arrive at or before 1:00 PM.
