DESCRIPTION:Yoga instructor Elizabeth Kawa will guide attendees through a 60-minute beginner yoga class followed by light refreshments and discussion.  Spend time in quiet contemplation while assisting with a simple task on the farm. Lastly\, wind down with a 30-minute meditation and sound healing session. \nBring a yoga mat\, appropriate shoes for work on the farm\, and water. We have re-fill stations. \nPlease note that this is a rain-or-shine event that will take place outside in ideal weather or light rain. In case of hard rain\, the event will be held in Rodale Institute’s theater\, located next to the Garden Store. \nThere is no fee for attending this event\, but Rodale Institute welcomes donations. No matter how large or small\, your donation goes a long way toward supporting Rodale Institute’s efforts to champion organics and create a healthier planet for all. \nAttendance limit: 48 people
