SUMMARY:Virtual Film Screening: The Need to Grow
DESCRIPTION:We capped our 7/18 on-site screening of The Need to Grow at 15 people to honor social distancing. If you didn’t have the opportunity to join us for this event\, now’s your chance to enjoy a virtual screening on demand\, from the comfort of home! \nReleased in 2019\, The Need to Grow addresses the existential question\, “How will we continue to feed the world with food grown in dying soil?” While it takes a hard look at how industrial agriculture has effectively destroyed the biology of one of nature’s most precious resources\, the film also shines a hopeful light on what some visionaries are doing to cultivate healthy soil and reveals the vital role we all play in supporting better food systems. \nRegistration is capped at 35 people.
