New crop of farmers taking hold of organic market

In a commercial agricultural world comprised of mostly middle-aged farmers holding huge plots of land, a new trend is emerging—young people organically farming small parcels of land. Many of these new farmers, say experts, are college-educated products of suburbia, looking for meaningful alternatives to the monotony of a 9-5 job.
