More drugs are not always the answer
Despite the constant flow of “new and improved” pharmaceuticals on the market, simple dietary changes may be the best answer to chronic diseases like hypertension. Studies have showed that basics like more potassium (found in fresh fruits and vegetables) and less sodium may work wonders on patients’ blood pressure.
