Another climate change expert says carbon emission cutback requirements grossly underestimated

The man who set the baseline for the UK’s carbon emission reduction goals now says those levels were grossly underestimated. Nicholas Stern, author of the Stern Review, says that not only are CO2 emission levels rising faster than expected but the earth’s capacity to store carbon in sinks is also deteriorating faster than imagined.
